First of all the staff is amazing and kind, they helped us book a shuttle to the airport on the day of our departure and were very helpful all around. Secondly, while we were staying they had to run some repairs on the air conditioning- and instead of letting us stay in the recent heat wave, they booked us new rooms at another hotel down the street, free of charge. The included breakfast was very good, comfy beds, and all around great rooms. I would highly recommend

Charming hotel. Great breakfast--amazing cappuccino. Air conditioning was great. Staff very friendly. The location is great because it is not that far from the tourist attractions, however, the restaurants, stores, and gelatorias nearby are a better value.
