We had a lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, and it was a nice touch to have complimentary water and useful essentials such as cotton buds and hair bobbles provided. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Rome, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were especially lovely with our son, making him feel really included throughout our stay. We also took part in one of the hotel’s complimentary walking tours, hosted by Julia, which was excellent. It was a great way to learn more about the local area and a really worthwhile addition to our stay. There was some noise outside on both the Saturday and Sunday nights, but that’s to be expected when staying in such a central location, so it’s not really the hotel’s fault. We had breakfast included with our package, and there was a good selection of food each morning. Overall, we’d happily stay here again.
