Great location, lovely room amenities and atmosphere. The Housekeeping guy there make a fantastic job every day and the staff is very responsive. We spent 3 wonderful nights in Rome; thank you for your hospitality!! See you next time, Residenza Frattina will surely be my choice for the next trip to Rome.

Terrible… no service, no one help , no elevator, if you heave heavy luggage no one helps you … room old, dirty …. If you want to spoil your vacation … I hope no … smell at room also not nice , plus looks like horror movie

Perfect stay in the heart of Rome! The Residence Frattina was a wonderful discovery. The room was spotless, cozy and equipped with everything you need. I really enjoyed the availability of water and coffee, a detail that really makes a difference. The location is very central, ideal for visiting Rome on foot, and well connected by public transport to reach any area of the city. The staff was friendly and professional, all very well organized. A carefree stay, in a nice and quiet environment. Highly recommended! L
