My wife and I went to Rome for three days and stayed in this B&B. Location is good, only a mile from the Colosseum. But the place needs some upgrade. The hallway is not as shown on the pictures, our room didnt have a shower corner but only bath (with over bath shower), the paint on the walls was scratched and the towel in the bathroom was stained. But the biggest issue was that they have a problem with drains - meaning that you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet but in a small bin! The price is not the cheapest and next time I would go somewhere else.

Within walking distance from the central station, we had a very good stay. The room was beautiful and spacious enough for two people, high-ceiling, equipped with aircon, television (though the channels weren't working), small refrigerator, and a lovely balcony. The bed was comfy, the toilet and shower was ok. Breakfast was lovely (variety of bread, cereals, ham, cheese, jams, butter etc). The main con in staying here is that it is in a busy street (more of like the Chinatown of Rome) and with a tram line in front, so noise levels can be high. But the location has a really good access to the metro stations.

I can only imagine the reviews written three years ago and this place was in better shape. Young the young man who greeted me is very personable, kind, very helpful and the only reason I am giving this place a one is because of him. Mold in the bathroom. A bathroom rug is stained and stiff-it's disgusting. As you can see from the pictures I'm going to download it is in horrible shape. When you come into the lobby. Behind the desk,wallpaper is peeling off the walls. It is some what clean. The room is the size of my closet at home. Very very tiny no where to put the suitcase.
