Negative experience. The parking has only 4 spots that are difficult to access due to a bump that scratches the underside of the car. Alternatively, you can park on a dead-end street where it is absolutely not easy to find a spot, nor to maneuver to exit. On the last morning, we found the car scratched. The deluxe double room was very small, with a sewage smell in the bathroom (we were told this was because the sewage system in Rome dates back to ancient Romans) and without a safe (when we requested one, they brought a malfunctioning one). The breakfast was absolutely poor; on the first morning, we did not find the mini croissants, and when we asked, the lady replied that she had baked sixty and they were finished because we arrived late (it was 8:30 and the time is until 10:30). We waited twenty minutes to get the croissants (it seemed she was doing us a personal favor). The linens are changed every three days. The only positive note is the proximity to Gemelli.

The structure is nothing short of perfect. Clean. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast. I will definitely return.
