Actually, before we went we were afraid... in view of the previous comments. Booked with "lastminute"; we had a great stay at this property. Our family room has been renovated. Nothing to say about daily cleaning , towels etc... Welcoming hosts were very kind. We recommend room 314 , family room for 5 people. The hotel is very well located 3 minutes from Termini so access to all Rome by metro.

Very dated hotel, cramped rooms, poor hygiene (we found hair in the bathroom, limestone-filled toilets, stains on walls and curtains, damaged sink, butts in pots), poor quality breakfast (hot drinks machine only), broken elevator and no services. The only positive note is the beachfront location.

Bed Bugs!!!! If I could leave a zero star review I would. I got bed bugs at this hotel, hundreds of bites all over my body. The staff just laughed. They offered no solution and the owner actually pushed me out on the street pushed, quite violently. I cannot believe what just happened. On top of that the air conditioner leaked water into the whole room and anytime I tried to charge my devices and use the air conditioner at the same time the power went out (they acted like this is normal and I should know not to use multiple things at once) Absolutely horrible, and disgraceful. I was assaulted by the manager for trying to get my money back, with hundreds of raw blisters on my body. The staff didn’t know what to do and just put all the bedding with the rest of the washing, so it will spread. Avoid this hotel and the other hotels in the complex if you can
