My husband and I are just home from a 3 night stay at this hotel to celebrate my 40th in Rome (our first time!). I’ve taken one star off of giving this a 5 due to the room being tired, worn and in need of a refresher. What I can say about the room is a very comfortable bed. We have room 311. The hotel itself is extremely handy for Termini station and we used this daily for all of our touristy commutes. The location in itself for this reason is amazing. Yes it’s near a station, it’s not the best neighbour in Rome I’m sure, but what do you expect. For the price we paid, we were delighted with this. The final part of my review is for Lorenzo. He was fantastic! Kind, extremely helpful and made us feel soo welcome. He also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants nearby and all of which we visited - we were delighted! There is no bar in the hotel, but right outside to the left is the Santa Maria restaurant. The staff here were also lovely. Can’t comment on food, we only had drinks, but lovely. If you want 5 star, pay for it and go to an upmarket area. If you want great hospitality, central location and a comfy place to lay your head after a long day of steps, this is the one for you! Don’t hesitate to book!

Our experience at this hotel was incredible. Upon arrival, the staff helped us with the best attitude; since we arrived ahead of time for check-in, they gave us the opportunity to change, get ready, and leave our luggage. Fortunately, the room cleaning was quick and we were able to enter earlier than expected. The hotel is well located; the subway line passes one street behind, and if preferred, you can walk to various tourist spots. In other reviews, they comment that the area is unsafe; in our experience, we were able to see that it is a place with a lot of informal commerce where souvenir stalls are set up since the station is also very close, and that is why there is a lot of movement. At night, we did not encounter any annoying noise; honestly, it was nothing that made us feel unsafe. (Keep in mind that since it is an area near the train, there is a lot of movement and sometimes there are homeless people, but at no time do you feel threatened or in danger) The cleanliness was impeccable (both of the room and the bathroom and the hotel facilities). We preferred to shower with hot water, and it worked perfectly at all times (we did not know how to turn on the water, and the staff came up very quickly and with the best willingness to explain it to us). The room's air conditioning also worked perfectly throughout our stay. The breakfast they include is a very good breakfast; you can find fruits, vegetables, scrambled eggs, ham and sausages, many bread options, spreads, cereals, milk, cheese, and a coffee machine where you can choose between several options. Broadly speaking, a hotel breakfast (executive type). To our liking, it was perfect to start the day with energy and go out sightseeing early. The attention from all the staff is exceptional. It is an excellent value-for-money option.

I must say that largely the satisfaction comes from the service provided by the staff on the 6th floor for breakfast; Ms. Paola is of unique kindness, professionalism, and hospitality, Valerio prepares a cappuccino that you can only find in the best cafes, the rooms were a bit neglected.
