We stayed for two nights at the Grand Hotel Duca D'Este; the location is optimal, the hotel is a few km from Rome, so if you want to visit the capital, it is an excellent base. Although we arrived in the middle of the night, we still found the night porter, who was very kind both in welcoming us and in giving us all the information. The reception staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail from the very first contact made by phone for the information request. We were disappointed not to have used the SPA due to lack of time; however, this could be a reason to make another quick trip to the Tivoli area. Fortunately, we managed to enjoy a day at the pool, which was kept very clean and furnished with comfortable lounge chairs. We also thank the housekeeping staff, who were also very helpful and friendly. Thanks to everyone at the Duca D'Este for the hospitality. Christian and Allegra

Well-maintained and clean hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Very comfortable rooms and the spa is wonderful. The restaurant is excellent. The only thing to improve is the breakfast.
