The room that I found SN nn reflects the photos, soft light... all day it seemed to be always in the dark, shower leaking to the parquet, broken makeup mirror, zero cleaning, mini window, you felt smothered. sort things out a little bit.

Worst experience we had in Italy - don’t give this company your money. We did not let it ruin our trip as we enjoyed the city, people and all the sites. The apartment we booked online was NOTHING like what we were given. Be very aware the photos on the Grand Master Suites online representation look nice but what we had was awful. We did NOT get the apartments we thought we’d booked on Via Del Corso, we were walked to another apartment that’s obviously a sub lease - It’s now managed by RentInRome.it - also we checked the apartments we received on that site. The photos are nothing like the shabby and tired apartments we received. Also the costs of the rentals was about 1/3 of what we paid. The room with twin beds was like a furnace, the air con wasn’t working and the beds were filthy . The sofas too. All the floors tired and worn and the “terrace” full of filthy furniture and dead plants. After discussion they said 2 of the 4 of us could take another apartment 15 mins away. The photos of that apartment looked nice online - but the state of it now vs photos is very different.

I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Master Suite and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and attention to every detail. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, and all the main attractions of the historic center. The room was spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and stylishly furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the area is quiet, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The staff was simply outstanding: professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thank you to the reception team for their excellent restaurant and sightseeing tips! Staying here made our time in Rome even more magical. I’ll definitely be back!
