Old bungalows but above all dirty. Full of insects, nonexistent cleaning, stained and dirty toilet, non-functioning refrigerator full of mold, etc. Shuttle service every 2/3 hours only to go to a station where trains were practically nonexistent, but there was only the option to take buses. The management will respond that campsites are like this and that we chose the wrong vacation! Excuse me, but I have been to campsites and honestly, if I had slept in my tent, I would have definitely been cleaner. My friends and I did not want luxury, but even a spartan accommodation that was well cleaned would have been perfectly fine for us. The spirit of adaptation is there, but only up to a certain point. The photos of the rooms posted on various sites do not correspond to reality. The reality is represented by the photos of people complaining about the lack of hygiene. Dear Management, it seems that many of us do not know how to adapt, despite you insinuating that the complaints were for a possible refund that you kindly did not grant, but that is perfectly fine just to leave. In my opinion, you should have paid us for having the courage to stay one more night! 👋
