First and foremost, I appreciated the staff competency and help, and the quiet area: great for resting. In addition, the room was clean and well organized, and the bed was comfortable (this is a plus!). Finally, the hotel has a reserved parking, which is super helpful with baggage! Great staying

Two-night stay; the room was in terrible hygienic conditions, the air conditioning was not working, and the ventilation grill was broken (this was reported to the reception, but they did not resolve the issue). Not to mention the bathroom, which was shameful. Dirty ventilation fan, the shower would not close, and it had completely moldy and rusty edges both inside and outside. But the most shocking thing was the professionalism of the receptionist (contacted on July 3rd at around 4 PM), who after I expressed my discomfort simply responded very professionally by saying "goodbye" after which I believe he blocked me as I no longer receive his messages. Really, compliments! In these cases, they should have at least apologized and perhaps even come up with a story saying they would have liked to change the room to accommodate the customer but that they currently had no available rooms. It is understandable that a hotel may have older rooms, but unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Stay away from this place. Unless you want hair everywhere dust that gives allergy even to those who are not allergic. It smells like a sewer that won't go away even sleeping with the door open. However the photos of the rooms are totally different from those they put on the Internet. Shower and bath moldy to the max
