This little gem is in an ideal location. You can wander the little shops and quieter streets,. It’s writhing walking distance to the colosseum and Roman forum. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The most outstanding part of our stay was the service. The staff are so helpful friendly and available 24 hrs. They arranged restaurant reservations, taxis, anything you wanted.Special shout out to Gabriel and Anna for their wonderful service and friendliness. All the staff were just amazing. The restaurant on site Olivo was excellent. The carbonara was to die for. I’ll be dreaming of that dish for months. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Booked a family room and it was very spacious. Mini kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cutlery, frying pan, mini fridge, stovetop. We were also able to get takeout for the kids so they could eat earlier than normal italian meal times. A suggestion would be to add a microwave to the kitchen for reheating leftovers. AC was strong which was very much appreciated during the heat wave. Location was amazing and walking distance to many sites which allowed us to see the coloseum with the kids and return so the kids could take a break while we continued to explore the area. Front desk was very helpful on checkout. We had arranged a early transfer before the breakfast buffet opened but they arranged for us to go up before it opened to get food early before our transfer. It was especially nice that the breakfast staff was aware of this arrangement. It should need noted that the building is old and the layout odd. the elevators are small and access requires climbing steps to get to the breakfast room or even to our room after getting off the elevator.

We just had a wonderful stay at Condominio Monti! We rented several comfortable rooms for my family of 8 - the Quad room was especially spacious and well appointed. We were really pleased with the location in Monti with many good restaurants just steps away and the heart of the historical center so close by. The rooftop bar/breakfast area was charming. Our most lasting impression was the friendly and welcoming staff. Letizia at the front desk and the service staff in the rooftop restaurant were so kind and helpful - they even brought in our favorite variety of tomatoes! We were very grateful.
