Hotel Bolivar

Pros: Such a beautiful place. Hand painted murals all over. Lobby has seating and a bar. AC in the room was cold and adjustable. Balcony was big enough for table and chairs. Room for 3 people was big enough to maneuver around. Plenty of toiletries and big towels. Bed was firm if that’s how you like it. Breakfast area was beautiful and many choices for breakfast. They stored our bags before check in and room was ready at 2. All employees were encountered were friendly and welcoming. Quiet room. Cons Bed was too firm for my liking. Some of the breakfast items were dry and guessing from the day before. There were plenty of choices so everyone ate enough.

we stayed here as a family of 6 , 3 rooms and we had a lovely experience. The man on reception on check in was friendly and helpful as were all the staff on reception. It is an extremely clean hotel, quiet in a back street in a very busy location. I had an amazing single room on the third floor with a balcony with wonderful views of Rome. The breakfast while adequate could improve slightly, ie cold scrambled eggs and cold boiled eggs but apart from that no complaints. I hope to return.

The hotel with zero consideration, big problem when canceling a reservation. Bad service.
