Hotel in a nice place with free parking. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast standard. Too bad about some shortcomings: thermostat with light too bright even at night, room with bathroom extractor fan not working (reported on the first day and not repaired), annoying noise in the evening (perhaps a pump...) that made it impossible to sleep. It had to be reported repeatedly to get it fixed... details not befitting a 4-star hotel. Otherwise okay.

We chose a room with a view and I must say that it did not disappoint: a beautiful open view of the lake. New, harmonious, clean room with good sleep quality. Hotel near the historic center, reachable on foot in 10 minutes. The pool is really small and with lounge chairs placed a bit far away. The real weak point of the hotel is the breakfast: packaged cakes, yogurt only if requested and only plain, very low-quality cold cuts and cheeses, only one hot beverage vending machine, terrible reheated croissants, disproportionate use of plastic for every container.... Very kind reception staff, convenient parking

The excellent location and the fairytale view of Lake Albano certainly make this hotel the ideal location for visiting the Castelli Romani; the charm of the historic residence then completes the stay with a truly incomparable atmosphere of relaxation. The spacious, bright, and clean rooms and the always available and professional service allowed my wife and me to express ourselves positively about the property; only the breakfast needs to be improved in terms of variety and quality.
