I would like to thank all the staff at Palazzo Venere for their warm hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness. The hotel is very welcoming, elegant, and ideally located. It was a pleasure to stay here.

We’re just back from a long weekend staying at Palazzo Venere, we had a fantastic time the hotel is spotlessly clean, we stayed in a suite with terrace lovely (albeit not the best view!) the bathroom was stunning. The location was great and quite central, the breakfast was lovely, although shame there isn’t a bar or restaurant in the hotel. The staff were brilliant particularly Marzia who went above and beyond to make our stay totally wonderful

Reception Staff Who Made Us Feel at Home With great pleasure we would like to commend the wonderful human warmth and kindness we received from the reception team. David pampered us in an amazing way throughout our entire stay at the hotel. We would also like to mention Jacob, another reception staff member, who was always there for us quietly, pleasantly, and with a constant warm and heartfelt smile. Marzia, the reception manager, is a true professional of the highest level. Her impressive professionalism, together with her dedication, patience, and ability to provide precise solutions to every need, made our experience truly exceptional. We have never encountered someone like her in any hotel in the world! The sensitivity, warmth, care, and willingness to help were extraordinary and deserve special recognition. From the moment we entered the hotel, the reception team showered us with warmth and provided outstanding assistance in everything we needed. We would also like to thank the dining room staff: Mirela and Jaspreet, who every morning ensured a varied breakfast and exceptional cleanliness in the dining room.
