The hotel is in an unbeatable location, just a few meters from everything. The staff is super friendly and the lobby is really very comfortable and well decorated. Regarding my room, it needed improvement in painting, lampshade, etc. I would return without hesitation. Delicious food

The location is excellent, you are just a few minutes walking from the most interesting points in Rome. The minibar in the room does not work, and it is very small, like in most countries in Europe, but the service is not the best. The only friendly person is Giorgia at the reception. The ladies at breakfast are ALWAYS in a bad mood, they are rude, they scold all the time, and they assign you a table very reluctantly (if you sit down without knowing, they will take you away). Even though it is supposed to be a buffet, they scolded my husband for taking 2 slices of bread to make a sandwich, and there is no ice. We forgot the water bottle in the room and returned to fill it with natural water, and they yelled at us that this was not allowed (it is filtered natural water, for God's sake!!!). Honestly, they do not make you feel comfortable at all, I do not recommend it much.

The room is minimal and old. The breakfast was very simple; there weren't even any simple scrambled eggs, and the breakfast hours were only until 9:30 AM... if you arrived at 9, there was nothing left. The check-out was only at 10 AM, very early. We had a confusion and booked for June instead of May. They charged us again for the two nights at a very high total price. I understand that the mistake was purely ours, but it wouldn't have cost them anything to give us a small discount. In any case, if we hadn't shown up, that room would have remained empty for them. This attitude from the owner was quite unpleasant for me.
