Hotel Doge

We had a fantastic stay at The Style Hotel Rome. The location couldn't be better—it's within easy walking distance of all the major sights, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start each day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Style Hotel Rome to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in the heart of the city.

Location, location, location! This hotel is in an excellent spot, directly across from Rinascente, a multi-level department store, and just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and countless restaurants, cafés, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Rome. We stayed here with my parents, my husband, and my daughter. My parents were assigned a very spacious room on the fourth floor and were able to check in around noon. I’m not sure if they received an upgrade since it wasn’t mentioned, but their room felt spacious and featured two large balcony doors in the front of the building with the city views. We were initially assigned a room at the back of the building overlooking neighboring buildings, but I asked if it would be possible to switch to the front so we could enjoy the city views as well. The staff were very kind and happily accommodated my request, which I truly appreciated. However, our room on the second floor felt noticeably smaller (perhaps due to the layout), had only one smaller window instead of two large balcony doors, and was much darker than my parents’ room. I was the one who made the reservation using my Expedia Gold status for both rooms, and this trip was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. She was naturally a bit disappointed that our room wasn’t as bright or as spacious as her grandparents’. Perhaps this is simply the standard layout for rooms that accommodate three guests, but it was still a little disappointing. I don’t expect every guest to receive the exact same room or an upgrade, but I do feel that the primary guest who made the reservation should receive accommodations that are at least comparable, especially when traveling together. The hotel also offers a very nice breakfast, which was included with our stay. There was a great selection of food, and the staff in the breakfast area were warm, friendly, and attentive, making it a wonderful way to start each morning. We also had a late flight on check out day, but they were very accommodating to store our luggage. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The outstanding location, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast made for an enjoyable experience.

Good location, facilities are modern and good taste, rooms are good, lobby facilities rather small. Staff is cordial, friendly but should speak a better English - difficult communication with guests.
