Price ratio quality👍 excellent location - nearby shops, cafes, subway! Room service every day at A+, breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is fresh! If we still go to Rome, we'll stay in this hotel!

Hotel with a location close to the train station and next to a park. Do not hesitate to stroll around the neighborhood to discover restaurants. Italian-style decoration. Friendly reception and pleasant staff. Breakfast was not abundant despite an impressive cappuccino.

Located near Termini Station and Via Cavour (a major thoroughfare that crosses the main tourist sites of Rome), this hotel seems frozen in an ancient time. The rooms are modest, the decor is aging, the bathrooms are cramped and not very functional, the shower is quite dirty and narrow, and the locks are not very secure. Lack of a safe and mini fridge to keep water cool. The staff is very helpful and pleasant, both at the reception during the day and night, as well as in the dining area. However, a major downside is the breakfast: powdered fruit juices (considering Italy has an abundance of citrus...), a thermos of coffee (again, Italy is known for the quality of its coffee), lack of savory foods (eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, ...), pastries that are more than mediocre, random absence of bread, and no fresh fruits. In conclusion, I would say that in its current state, this hotel is far from the European 3-star standard it claims to have.
