Hotel Paba

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Paba. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location honestly couldn’t have been much better. We were able to walk to so many places, and it was also really convenient to the Metro when we needed it. We had rooms on both the second and fifth floors. The rooms on the fifth floor have recently been renovated and were especially nice, but the second-floor rooms were still very comfortable and nice as well. The bathrooms were spacious, the sheets and linens were nice, and everything felt clean and well cared for. We also really liked the little lounge area outside the rooms with coffee, water and a microwave. It was one of those small things that ended up being really convenient during our stay. There were really only two downsides for us. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Also, the walls in the fifth-floor rooms are VERY thin. You can hear pretty much everything happening in the hallway and quite a bit from the adjoining rooms, so light sleepers should definitely keep that in mind. That said, those were fairly minor complaints compared with everything we liked about the hotel. The location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and recently renovated fifth floor made it a great place to stay while visiting Rome. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from the Colosseum, the Altar of the Fatherland, and the metro. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. The reception staff was very kind. I will definitely return!

This is our third stay at Hotel PABA and it gets better each time! The location is unbeatable - close to a metro stop and when you round the corner, you can see the Colosseum! This was our first time staying on the upper floor. Rooms are modern, quiet, and VERY comfortable. They now have on office on the ground floor of the building, send recommendations and information via WhatsApp, and have a 24 hour contact line. Highly recommend staying here while in Rome!
