I have stayed at Hotel Smeraldo for quite some time now, and I am never disappointed. The hotel has elegance and charm, its staff is always first rate, both thoughtful and conscientious, and the breakfast is wonderful. The hotel is also close to many of my favorite sites in Rome, from the Pantheon to churches with Caravaggio paintings to the best museums in the city. I can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Smeraldo and would absolutely stay here again. It honestly felt nicer than a 3-star hotel. The location was great and made it easy to get around Rome. The front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast each morning was really good with plenty of options. The room was comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the warmer weather. Overall, we had a great experience and felt like Hotel Smeraldo was a really good value for the location and quality. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

Excellent location, also for getting around on foot, very kind and helpful staff, rich and varied breakfast. Rooms and breakfast room very clean. Definitely recommended
