Trevi Hotel room 604. Poor insulation. The room is right next to the restaurant kitchen, which is noisy; we had to go out each time to ask the staff to speak and laugh more quietly. The photos of the room versus what we received have absolutely nothing in common. Misleading advertisement photo. The staff was super kind and helpful.

We chose this hotel because it was very central. Upon arriving at the hotel, the reception was very nice, everything was very clean. The problem was when we were accommodated in one of the annexes of the hotel. The entrance was a rather neglected place with two very old and dirty carpets and bits of wall debris on the floor, which were not cleaned throughout the week. The rooms, although not very large, were good; the bed was comfortable, but the carpet on the floor and the baseboards were full of dirt. If we return to Rome, I would not choose this hotel again.

Beautiful vacation. Super skilled and friendly entertainers! The service for small children is also very good. The entertainer is very respectful, attentive, and extremely available, especially for the needs of families and children.
