Hotel Trinita Dei Monti

Room is comfy and clean. There’s a window with view of the street and also gives an extra brightness and fresh air into the room. Location is great, it’s walking distance to food and tourists attractions. The toilet is external, sharing. It’s ok for me since the bathroom/toilet is just outside my room, and there wasn’t anyone else besides me at the time. In-room, there’s a tiny kitchenette with mini fridge. Things to take note of, there is no elevator, so if you have many luggages or a big one, might be a challenge to drag it upstairs. Good news is, it’s only 1 floor up!

Disgraceful Treatment We were booked in advance to stay for my Wife’s birthday.. only to be informed that they had cancelled the booking due to credit card refusal..they said that they tried call me which turns out to be false ….on fur investigation I found my card was absolutely ok … checked my phone … no missed call … I am of the opinion that they have got more money for my room as within 1 hour it had gone!!…. Shame on you

This might just be one of the worst hotels that I have visited. The rooms are uncomfortable, outdated and dirty. You can hear all the noises in the corridors as well as the noises from the street as if you had your windows open. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The beds are very uncomfortable (army style). We had to change room because the shower in the first one was completely broken. Will not recommend it at all !
