Our room was clean everyday, proximity to the Vatican, public transportation, grocery store. The owner very nice and accommodating and even the house keeper , a lot of restaurant as you exit the place. You need to let them know when you'll be arriving so they can give you the code for the building. It's on the second floor with antiquated elevator. You are only close to Vatican and castel de San Angelo but farther with other attractions

I would call it: Bed-style hotel.." but it’s more like an apartment for daily rent... good mattress, pillows. Clean towels. Delicious coffee. The entrance and elevator are all in retro style)))) The rooms are tired and need renovation. It wouldn't hurt to change the equipment in the bathroom either. They clean well. But for some reason they rearrange things and arrange them the way they want. I don't think this is correct. Senyora Darina is a great fellow. She was always in touch and always ready to help. At the end of our stay she gave us a room with a pleasant view. Good location for those who want to explore Rome on foot. There are many cafes, shops and piazza nearby))

If this is first visit to Rome, stay here,, as it is a few minutes walk from Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museum. The hostess is named MAGGIE and we could not have seen the sights without here help. After we booked, she told me how to get a bus from the airport for E6.00 each that dropped us off about 10 minute walk to the B&B. Then she told us how to buy tickets for the Vatican Museum and how to go directly from there into the Sistine Chapel without standing in line. It is actually free to visit the Chapel but you would be in line for at least two hours. Then the next day we went to the Coliseum. Again we bought tickets online and avoided a LONG wait in in line to buy tickets. She told us how to take a metro bus #81 to the Coliseum for E1.50 each one way and the same return. She explained how to find the return bus stop. The room was excellent with a nice breakfast. I highly recommend this place.
