Infinity St. Peter

Hi after reading all the negative reviews I was dreading going to this hotel but to be honest it wasn’t the worse place to Stay. Location is fab you couldn’t get any better 3 minute walk to the Vatican, staff are very pleasant and happy. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Only negative point is we had no window in our room so felt like I was in a box but really didn’t stay in the room for long, overall I wouldn’t return to this hotel but it was alright a bit dated, I felt very safe in it as the doors are locked early and location was great. It was clean and a place to sleep at night.

The staff here are exceptional and really make you feel welcome. We arrived slightly later than we expected due to a short delay but we were given a bottle of cold water for the room and the gentleman on reception recommended somewhere for us to eat, even advising us to be quick as most places closed in about half an hour, so we just dumped the luggage and went out. I cannot fault any of the staff the service was exceptional. I did toy between 4 and 5 stars but the staff really did make it for me. The rooms are dated and could use some TLC but ours was clean and the cleaner came every day and given the price we paid we didn't expect the Ritz anyway. W e also had no issues with the air conditioning that I had read about before leaving, which I was thankful for as it was 38 degrees ! No its not the most luxurious but we were out all day and just needed a place to sleep and shower which this was perfect for. We stayed for 3 nights and whilst its not somewhere I would chose for a family holiday for a quick getaway it was perfect. The hotel its self is literally a 5 minute stroll to the Vatican, about 40 -45 mins to the Pantheon and about an hour to the Colosseum, however we did stroll we didn't walk particularly fast. Breakfast is not the best but there is toast and coffee and juice along with fruit and pastries. We went to Morrisons bar for a full English breakfast and that did us right through until our evening meal. Plenty of restaurants in the locality and shops. Overall a great break made better by the lovely staff at the hotel.

Cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Good location regarding the Vatican and the metro to the city.
