Most wonderful property and hotel staff. We had the amazing experience. We had multiple rooms for my son’s wedding in Rome with friends and family. Everyone agreed it was most memorable and enjoyable. We held the welcome party on their beautiful upper terrace. The entire team was beyond kind and helpful. The concierge team accommodated our every need from dining to transportation. The housekeeping team was delightful whether we needed a flat iron, something laundered or seamstress repair. Rooms were very beautiful and so comfortable. Even room service was expedient and always friendly not to mention delicious. Breakfast on the upper terrace was the best way to start your day with the friendliest greeting from their team. In planning the event weeks preceding our arrival was made so easy with communication with Serena and her team. Together they were responsive, kind and made everything easy. We had an event for 100 people and all agreed that it was amazing from food to the most beautiful garden setting. We cannot wait to go back. If your are looking for a 5 star experience this is it! We’ve travelled the world and stayed at the nicest hotels. This one is a favorite with the best location in Rome.

Everything is top quality, from facility to food to staff!!! We did not have one negative experience during our stay! The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating from stepping into the hotel when we arrived to our final steps in departing.
