Internazionale Hotel

We have just returned from our stay and we have a lovely experience. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent, just above the Spanish steps. Our room was small and a little dark but it was kept clean. it could have benefited with a set of drawers for extra storage. The shower being in the room rather then in a separate bathroom is not something I would go for but we got on with it. We used the spa during our stay which was perfect after long days walking around Rome in the heat. Breakfast was included and was decent overall, although the juice and water were never cold. The cups and glasses were positioned in a rather awkward place. One morning we went down at 9 and there was very little food left there was no hot options at all. which was very disappointing One evening we had a drink on the rooftop terrace which was lovely to enjoy. drinks were available at the bar downstairs. Stay was lovely just a few improvements to be made

The list would be long with a false upgrade "only because there were no other rooms available and the suite was named a suite due to a whirlpool tub." Breakfast to be avoided!! No bread except for sandwich bread, and everything was bad. I do not recommend it.

Location is PERFECT, pretty clean rooms. The only downfall is how small and dark the rooms are. If you are not going to be in the room much, it is fairly affordable and in a good location. The rooftop is the best part. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.
