If you are happy to stay in a place where you have to phone the owner to get access, where you are left to your own devices and you can handle stairs then the location itself is worth those niggly...

Not luxury by any means, but comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast, served in the rooms. Unfortunately the rooms are above a cafe that likes to blast Europop from early morning to late at night...
