Kent Hotel

Traumatic experience. An employee yelled at us for no reason. Walls are THIN.

It's the first time I've reviewed a hotel negatively on TripAdvisor but this property is really too poorly maintained. Old building, dusty room with nightmare furniture. The bathroom is disarming, there is mold on the walls and shameful sanitary ware. The walls of the rooms are very thin that you can literally hear EVERYTHING a person does his interior. Upon arrival, after seeing the condition of the room I asked to change it, they gave me another room but unfortunately it was in the same condition. I do not recommend it and do not rely on the photos because they do not show the real "flaws". I'm sorry but it's a bad 3 star.

About half an hour to 40minute walk to main attractions. Very strict on check in check out times. Room was clean, bathroom was ok shower was tiny but decent hot water. Room was freezing and couldn’t figure out why until our last morning there. There was no explanation of where or how to adjust heating. Bed squeaked with slightest movement. Couldn’t open the fridge without waking the dead, that creaked so bad it was deafening. As for tv didn’t even use it as it was like an old 14inch tv
