Clean room, helpful frontbdesk. Please give complimentary water bottles. Breakfast should come withbm rooms as we have paid more than 900$!US for two days staying.

Room without shutters or curtains, streetlight all night long! For a rate of €364 I was forced to leave after 3 days due to health issues, despite the medical certificate, they made me pay for 5 nights of reservation! While during the summer season, rentals are in high demand! They are thieves and will remain so! Avoid!!!

This hotel is a total scam. Maybe 4 bedrooms actually have windows and a view — the rest are below street level with no natural light at all and a strong small of humidity. The bathrooms are very poorly maintained, with rust behind the sink and mold at the bottom of the shower door. I’m shocked this is considered a 4-star hotel, especially considering how expensive it is for no apparent reason. I booked it quickly on Booking while traveling, willing to pay more for a 4-star hotel to ensure a positive and relaxing experience, and we were really disappointed. The rest of the hotel is also in the basement, with no natural light in either the bar or breakfast area. Booking should report this listing as misleading.
