I stayed in this facility at the end of April, during a trip with my wife, her first time in Rome. We were welcomed cordially and with great availability by the owners (check in time, choice of room, luggage storage even after check out).
The room had all the amenities indicated (TV, hairdryer, towels, double pillows, air conditioner, tea kettle, shampoo/shower gel) and was equipped with a lovely little balcony with a table, chairs and well-kept flower pots. Mr. Marco provided us with all the useful information for our stay in a very friendly manner, indicating the nearest bus/metro stops, the main points of interest near the property and indicating the partner bar for breakfast (included in the price of the room, at a room 50 meters from the structure). the room was very clean, furnished in a modern style, equipped with a small desk with chair, coat hanger with support surface for suitcase, the internal bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and bidet.
The property is located in a very convenient area for visiting Rome, a stone's throw from the center and Termini station, 5 minutes from the Metro A Manzoni stop and other bus/tram stops for the centre. 15 minutes from the hotel you can reach Santa Maria Maggiore, with Metro A you can reach Piazza della Repubblica in a few minutes from which Via Nazionale starts and leads to the center of Rome. Not to be missed, 50 meters from the Lazy Night, is a good ice cream in the historic G Fassi ice cream shop founded in 1880. The area, despite being close to the station, still seemed quiet and not particularly crowded even in the evening. Overall, therefore, both for the quality-price ratio and for the location, for the tranquility of the area (with little traffic) and for the availability and kindness of the owners, it is certainly recommended, especially when compared with 3-star hotels in the same area , but with other levels of cleanliness and tranquility. As a last comment, but not negligible at all, a very welcome surprise given to us by the owners in our room upon our arrival, as a good wish for our first stay in Rome: bottle of wine with flute, snacks and candle! Thanks for everything!

For this price is a good hostel. It's clean and air-conditioning is working. The room was cleaned twice during my stay (5 days). You can use the fridge outside the room.
The main problem is the neighbourhood. To The Colosseum you've got 10 minutes walk. Outside the hostel is (i could say danegrous). A lot of homeless people are snicking around.
If you are looking for a cheap hostel ok, but next time I prefer to py little more and stay in the centre of Rome.
