No air conditioning in July when temperatures 40 degrees outside and 30 degrees inside Also they lied about parking, there is no dedicated parking. We had to pay 25 euros per day. We only stayed 1 night and moved out. Temperature was unbearable to sleep. Not usable! Stay away!

The B&B in the Cyprus area should be better defined as a guest house. In reality, it is not a real apartment, but a narrow corridor with a water bottle in the corner. The room with its bathroom is nice and well furnished with style furniture, very clean and quiet as it overlooks an internal courtyard. What is missing however is breakfast, which is replaced by a 'voucher' to eat breakfast at the bar. The 'bar' in question is located about 300m from the structure and is a large and crowded café, where they tell you, not very kindly, that you are entitled to 'a croissant of your choice and a hot drink', to be consumed standing at the counter because the tables are reserved for table service. So we started the day with cappuccino and croissants in the midst of a lot of confusion, standing, wanting to finish quickly. We also noticed that there were many other people arriving with the same 'voucher', and therefore we deduced that sending guests directly to the bar, rather than having to go through the trouble of preparing breakfast for them, is a very widespread (and convenient) practice. ) for the managers of the various B&Bs in the Cyprus area.

Four of us have spent four nights in this B&B. We have felt like being at home. Orietta (the owner) is great fun, she has welcomed us with a smile and she has been very kind at giving us all the informations we needed to find the places we wanted to visit and she kindly pointed us the best places to go to eat nearby (by the way they exceed our expectations). The B&B was very nice, clean and quiet. The location was very close to the Vatican and the Metro was close by. The only thing that we have not been huge fans of is the breakfast, that is not very rich. Anyway great place highly suggested! Great job Orietta!
