The only disadvantage of this B&B, is that the connection to the center is a crappy tram that goes through a bad area of the city. Other than that, it does only take one tram to the center, and the B&B is great. Charming clean rooms with a balcony, beautiful terrace and a very friendly host. Good value and if you are travelling by car, it is easy to reach and has free parking space.

Stayed there in mid-June for 3 nights for only 180 EUR, very good value at that time of the year. Room was spacious and clean with kitchen facilities, the owner was friendly and helpful, he knows Rome inside out. The place is slightly far away from city centre (c. 30min on tram from Termini) and it could be quite difficult to find for the first time as it is inside a large residential complex (your Google map will confuse you), suggest calling the owner for directions before arrival. In the evening the tram is usually very crowded between 6pm and 8:30pm. Overall very good experience staying there, no complain.

Ideal if you have a car and if Rome city center is open to go by car. It also has a good tram connection but in august there were not many trams. The host was superb. It felt like we were staying at a home stay but with more privacy. For the price and quality it was an awesome deal. We will definitely stay there if we come back to Rome. Parking on site is available.
