Pefect location for coloseum and many more attractions etc.Manager extremley friendly and knowledgeable speaks very good english and is so helpful.Rooms are basic but very clean towels changed daily if tequired.Shared toilet and shower room but with 6 rooms and 2 bathroom never found this to be a problem.For the price could not fault if you want 5 star pay 5 star prices good honest accommodation

Very good location close to terminal train station and metro. Walking distance to the coloseum. René, the owner is a source of wisdom and helpful suggestions that help you enjoy your stay in Rome. I am a very light sleeper but with ear plugs the little street noise that there was did not interrupt my sleep at all.

It was easy to find. Renae is extremely helpful . I did my research but he told me from a locals perspective which was amazing. The rooms were clean and our Host was extremely hospitable. He helped us as much possible. Train stations are within minutes walk. We had lots of luggage so we took uber. However I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a budget accommodation which is much more value for money. Also I like to add that there are great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for your time my friend. I will never forget your hospitality.
