This hotel was the main reason our stay in Rome was one of the most pleasant in Italy.Lets begin with the great quality-price factor.The staff very kind,always with a smile in their faces and ready to please us.The location very strategical as it’s close to the center and every space in the hotel we checked as well as our room was clean.We were very happy with our stay there as it was a pleasant surprise!!

We arrived at the hotel and they told us that they had a problem, without Hot Water! For 3 days we were at the hotel without hot water. The hotel is old, the windows are old(street noise and no blackout curtains). No elevator. Breakfast is ok but could be better And the service as well. We have to get up and go ask the employee who is at the reception desk to bring coffee, bread, etc. The breakfast table had a jar of milk, a jar of juice, cereal, a basket with 4 pieces of bread (when we asked for more bread they brought 3 more and we are a group of 4), packets of butter and jam and a few slices of cake . It may seem like a lot but really leaves you wishing for more! POSITIVE: the location (close to transport and places of interest). The mattresses were also reasonable. My suggestion: if you can, try another hote! Unless you only mind with the location, try another hotel. Cleaning is not a high point.

When we walked up to the hotel, at first, we were a bit unsure. It certainly didn't look promising, but when we got inside, everything was good. The staff were friendly. It's clearly an independent hotel, and you'll get the cute little Italian feel of it when overlooking a courtyard. The owner/manager was really nice at breakfast (free), and took care of every guest when he could. One major benefit was just how excellent the air condition worked. If you're like me and you prefer a cold controlled environment, give that place five minutes and it'll be cooled down. So, that was great. One major drawback was the fact that the shower didn't properly drain. I hope they fix that. It's a great price for what you get, especially if you were like us and needed a place for three.
