The new translation of "misunderstanding"? Make do. On FRIDAY I wrote an email to the owners to check availability since on one site gave availability and on another not. I report the beginning of the email: -Good morning, would you have availability for this weekend? We will arrive Saturday afternoon to leave on Sunday. It's me, my wife, our daughter .. etc..- After receiving written confirmation, after agreeing by phone the check-in details ("call me half an hour before your arrival"), after sending CC number to block everything... On Saturday around 3pm, half an hour before arrival (after 3h of travel) I call as agreed to notify... He calls us back after 2 minutes and beginning with a -"there must have been a 'mis-anderstendin' because my husband understood tomorrow, we're sorry we're full" we are liquidated .. .. without even proposing alternative solutions, without trying to help us ... nothing .. Thank you for the inconvenience you have brought us! one star is even too much! Then we started calling B&B and hotels to look for another accommodation for the night (with increased costs and out of the area compared to the itinerary we had planned)..

Passing through for a work commitment at the Olympic Theatre which is just 100 meters away in this B & B I felt at home the absolute autonomy and the system that allows you to open the door of this beautiful building and the front door with your mobile phone, the quiet cozy room with many accessories from the iron to the curling iron, excellent cleaning wonderful welcome and kindness of Simona and Maurizio, but above all exceptional breakfast that can be made at any time of day and night with many good things! Convenient for transport parking is not impossible to find and the area safe! We will definitely return! Bravo keep it up👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
