The Italian older receptionist is very rude, racist and arrogant. The hotel is dirty and filthy. I have to request my room to be changed because it was too dusty and not clean. They advertise flat screen tv and to my surprise no TV in the room at all. The reception of the hotel is just like a corner shop. And I paid for continental breakfast. And guess what’s on offer???? White Rice, Boiled egg, biscuits, coffee, jam and bread. And I have to walk six doors after the hotel to go into another hotel to be offered crappy food. The cleaners came to clean the room next day, after they left food debris on the floor before we arrive was still on the floor, the bed sheet was not changed. Loose wires everywhere. It was a nightmare. I had rashes all over my body next day. It was a hell of an experience. The hotel license need to be withdrawn and the place closed down as the place is dangerous to health and society.

The room was clean, big and cheap (I booked a room on booking.com and I had to pay €6 more when I arrive but it does not really matter, because it was still much cheaper than every other hotel or AirBnb). The location of the hotel is very nice. There is always somebody to help you if you need it. I spent two days and will definitely come back here if I'd have to. I read the other minds that pretend that the place is dirty and it was definitely not my case, although I spent almost all my time outside the hotel. I'd definitely recommend this place for somebody who just wants a place to stay for the night and enjoy the city the rest of the time.

Although I am really trying to get some positive aspects to comment about, I simply cannot find anything apart from the location. For real. 1 - The room: the hotel is old and my room smells like bathroom. The bed looks like taken from a hospital, and makes irritating noises everytime you move. The Heating system just works after 5 p.m. The door seems just about to break down, because it is soo old. 2 - The Internet: They ad in Booking.com that they offer internet, but they dont tell you that it costs 5€ per day and that you can ONLY connect one device. Have to work and brought your computer? If you connected your phone before, you cant do it. Just like that. 3 - Bathroom: smells horribly, there is no space inside, the shower box is old and full of fungus AND, depending on the time, there is no hot water. I do expect this comment reaches the administration, because I am really pissed with this situation. My message: dont even think about going there. Avoid a bad time for yourself and avoid giving these people your money.
