After an unforeseen situation with our initial accommodation, the Metropolis Hotel welcomed us at the last minute with great professionalism and a lot of kindness. The welcome was impeccable: staff available, smiling, and very helpful. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was varied, plentiful, and of very good quality. The location is also ideal for discovering Rome, with easy access to the main tourist sites and public transportation. A big thank you to the entire team for their efficiency and sense of hospitality. You contributed to saving our stay in Rome. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return. This hotel was a last minute change for our trip after the hotel we originally booked turned out to be less than desirable. Hotel Metropolis was beyond exceptional. The staff was so warm and welcoming and shared great information about the area. They gave us a stunning room with a living room and were very helpful if we had any questions or concerns. The breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day and the wait staff was so helpful each morning. It is a 20 minute walk to the historical district of Rome but It was perfect for us because we liked having a bit more of a quiet neighborhood feel to our hotel experience. The Prati area was amazing to stay in as well. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro and has great access to each area of the city. I would 100% stay here again if I am in Rome.
