We booked a shuttle through them. The lady picked us up charged 4 of us 220 euros each from the boat terminal to the hotel. When we went to book for the next day they informed us it was 220 total. We paid 900 euros in total with tip. Our bedroom door didnt lock, the safe wasn't working. We had to put the couch in front of the door as nobody was at the front desk. It also said free breakfast and there was nothing. Horrible experience would NOT recommend to anyone.

Simply we had zero cold water in the bathroom, we stayed in the suite on top floor . Sink , shower even the toilet was running hot water only. Massive legionella risk. We asked for this to be fixed on day 1 of our stay with the reception. They failed to make any effort to fix it. Did not get offered another room or any compensation . Also the lift is very small and ready to breakdown at will. Location was great

Mediocre property. Busy and loud street, access to upper floors by stairs only. Rooms were shabby. I would book only if there are no options
