Nord Nuova Roma

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nord Nuova in July, during a massive heat wave. As an Alaskan, I was SO happy that the room had working AC! The room was very comfortable and clean. I had read reviews that the walls were thin and you could hear everything, however, this was not the case for us at all! Once we were in the room, we didn’t hear a thing. Our room was in the middle of the hotel, 4th floor overlooking other rooms in the courtyard area, so we didn’t receive any noise from the rooftop nor the street. Every staff person that I encountered was incredibly friendly, and while breakfast wasn’t included in the cost of our room, we were able to get breakfast on the last day and pay on checkout. I had to walk to the train station with my luggage, and that was a simple 10 minute trek (navigating sidewalks and traffic lights). There are also nice places to eat in and around the hotel. My overall impression with this hotel is positive. I would stay here again if I ever get the chance to stay in Rome another time.

All right hotel for one night near Roma Termini. Good breakfast. The rooms bear the mark of poor maintenance and are very worn. We felt really welcome, but uncomfortable that some of the staff spoke very downright/racist in English about other guests in front of us. This happened on several occasions around the reception and several of the staff only smiled at this. I think it was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness...

Excellent hotel, near Rome Termini, Maryam is very helpful and super nice, she checked me in smoothly and informed me everything I needed to know. Great customer service, will definitely stay again.
