Great location, definitely experience to try again as soon as possible, excellent staff and very friendly .Situato in a very lovely place, with the opportunity to visit beautiful and very relaxing places, I highly recommend it to everyone

I was booked in this hotel for work purposes and I had one of the worst experience in this hotel. -It is located very far from any restaurant/ atm/ supermarket/ pharmacy etc. You need a taxi ride to reach these places and walking is not possible as there is a highway only. -The only restaurant in the area was the hotels restaurant that was closing at 23:00 and the food quality is very poor as it gave me stomach problems in the night resulting to insufficient rest. -You can only pay with cash for any food or drink, cards are not accepted and they don't have even change to give back. -Wifi was only working in the lobby and nowhere else in the hotel. -Breakfast was very poor and not even enough for all of us with result some people not to be able to eat something for breakfast. -There was a general smell of mold on the hallways and on the room. Mold is dangerous for our health. -The rooms had destroyed showers/ mini fridge/ shower doors. -The room was not clean enough as I found rubbish under the bed, in the corner of the toilet, there were stains on the lamp, couch, bed frame and blanket. -I am absolutely sure based on the above facts that the room and the hotel areas were never disinfected something that in my opinion is dangerous in COVID times. I totally recommend you to avoid booking on this hotel. It should be even a 3 star hotel.

I typically don’t stay 5 star and can be happy with a fairly basic hotel. However this place is far below basic. No tv, old, run down, with peeling ceiling plaster. The electric outlet, when you could find it, was hanging outside the wall. We had to speak to the front desk to open their control of the AC. It was 26 degrees in our room. We were on an AirTransat cancelled flight and this was the hotel they sent us to. Shame on Air Transat. This has been a most unpleasant experience. We should have followed the lead of some of our fellow travellers who immediately left for a more acceptable hotel.
