Hotel NOT a 4-star. Maximum 2. Air conditioning in the room disappointing.. hot. Evening staff not up to par (they disturbed me at midnight by phone for something absurd.. it is not customary to do this with customers). Dirty carpet (still carpet in 2026!!!). Empty minibar. But is it a 4-star hotel??? Well. Terrible.

Absolutely disgusting. There was hair in the bed and all over the shower wall. Didn’t even get a new room when the receptionist said we would.
