The team went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is in a perfect location and so clean and quiet. We will definitely be back

Words cannot explain how excellent the hospitality is at PiazzaDiSpagna9. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the warmest team who immediately made us feel at home. Franco, Gianmarco, and Emiliano were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon the best possible stay we could have imagined. In addition to the team, the room was spectacular with insane views of Piazza di Spagna. Rooms were clean, updated, and all within walking distance to the best shopping district in Rome. Will absolutely be staying here again next time we're in town. See you soon, Franco!

From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed and taken care of. We met Emanuele and he offered us refreshments and told us we were getting a room upgrade. Check in was at 3pm but he was able to get us in a bit early. Since Piazza Di Spagna 9 is also a an art gallery. He explained to us all the art on display and about the artist. The location is perfect to access all the major sites, while also being a quiet oasis in the middle of it all. Our room was luxurious and clean. We loved the bed so much we are considering ordering one for our home. The room also had excellent black out shades. We slept incredibly. During this trip to Italy we stayed in 8 different hotels total and this one was our favorite. We met Franco the owner and all the staff were extremely helpful and personable. We received an extensive list of dinner options and when we were interested in one restaurant that was not on their list they still tried to get us a reservation. We had an early Vatican tour and I wasn't sure what places might be open early enough for breakfast, I texted them on WhatsApp and they responded right way. It a wonderful hotel, if you are going to Rome stay at the Piazza di Spagna 9!!
