Property adequate for the price, friendly and professional staff, I appreciated that at the time of check-out, having pointed out that the room had not been cleaned the day before, a small discount was given to me, requested by me. The level of breakfast definitely needs to be improved in terms of quality and some adjustments in the room: better hangers and body wash.

Beautiful property, staff - with the exception of Roberto - unprofessional and arrogant. Pool bar left to fend for itself. Terrible double mattress.

It is with regret that I must note a progressive deterioration in the quality of this establishment. A hotel that has great potential is unfortunately increasingly giving the impression of being neglected. The organization of the staff leaves much to be desired: on several occasions I have seen employees standing around chatting with each other or smoking, while some areas of the establishment clearly needed attention. An example is the poolside, often full of cigarette butts and dirt. A simple sweep and a wipe with a cloth would be enough to maintain an adequate level of cleanliness and provide guests with a more polished environment. My intention is not to make a gratuitous criticism, but to invite management to intervene decisively. It would be a shame to see a facility of this level continue to lose quality due to organizational and management issues that could be resolved with greater attention and supervision.
