Relais Casa della Fornarina

Extremely well located in the Trastevere, 1 min from nice neighborhoods and excellent restaurants. Family room in a different building than the check in and breakfast, not easy to find. Room very clean but the windows do not close well and the electrical outlets are sometimes bare. Many small stairs to access the room, not suitable for PMR. Breakfast very disappointing (just coffee + croissants and cake type not homemade, no salty, no hot chocolate for children).

We stayed 4 nights in the attic apartment. We had no hot water 24h and could not shower. In addition, the bathroom was totally moldy. The accommodation provider didn't care. We requested a discount and turned on booking.

Great location, close to the center and with lots of bars and shops in the surroundings, the center of the nightlife. Nice room with all amenities, improveable cleanliness, sufficient breakfast, Too bad just the little courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, it takes very little to be kind.
