Relax

Horrible! A single word. Poor management of check in and untraceable host on the phone let alone in person. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired not to mention the bathroom... Next time in Rome I will look for a hotel at least I can complain if something is wrong. terrible experience!

If there was a number below ZERO I would give it more than willingly! Dirty smelly old and dilapidated and stained spring mattresses. The children's mattress was divided into three horrible parts! Old and dirty! Spring net . Hard pillow with maybe wash them and the inner material created hard masses .Bathroom with broken shower shooting everywhere. Sticky shelves. Bathroom window remains open because there is no handle. Old condo and smells. We left at 7:30 in the morning. But how does such a facility rent. A disgrace!

I stayed overnight with a friend (SHE BOOKED, I am specific given the inappropriate replies to the other comments) in this "structure". The location is good because it's really a stone's throw from Termini station, but everything else is DEVASTATING. The room we had is dilapidated and dark, with a small terrace on a small dirty space surrounded by buildings. A single roll of toilet paper, remote control not working, obsolete blankets and above all little water! The water doesn't come out, or rather it comes out in strong jets with sudden changes in temperature!! Breakfast (it is taken in a common room which is used as a kitchen - SINCE THE B&B IS IN AN APARTMENT) poor and by our choice we did not take advantage of it. Practically non-existent assistance and the owner was very unfriendly and helpful: we had to pay for a luggage deposit because the lady didn't allow us to leave our bags (two large bags) in the "hall". I don't just question the choice to tell you no, but above all the ways. For what we paid it really wasn't worth it! Anything but relaxation. And it's a shame because the location is really good! NEVER AGAIN!!
