Residenza A The Boutique Art Hotel

The hotel has a great location, in one of the best areas of Rome, which is its main advantage. However, the rooms are very worn out and not well cleaned. Some details feel poorly maintained, like a desk repaired with tape. Rooms facing the inner courtyard have almost no natural light at all. The service was also disappointing: the owner struggled to use their own invoicing tool, took about a week to issue an invoice, and communicated in a rather unhelpful and entitled manner. Overall, despite an 8.5 rating on Booking, the experience felt closer to a 6.

I stayed in this residence for the bridge of May 1, I found myself very well. The rooms are very nice, daily cleaning, the location is great, within walking distance there is the metro and several bus stops. Arianna, who runs the residence, is very nice and super helpful, gave us many useful tips.

New and clean facility. Rooms with everything you need, including coffee maker and slippers. The cleaning lady and the owner were very kind. Excellent location to say the least, we walked around Rome on foot and it's quite a lot. I recommend it highly
