Residenza Bourbon

Good value for money except breakfast that is horrible. Good thing is that is 24h available. The bad thing is that everything is packed in plastic a it taste like **** only fresh thing was banana. Also expect the room to look little more basic than on the pictures. + check in is at 11:00 but if you come on time you will need to wait for your room to get ready. Maybe 2 hours like we do. At the end of the day - good value for money.

Due to the pandemic we were supposed to go to another hotel in Rome in 2020. We searched endlessly on the Internet for a replacement hotel. We were so excited when found this hotel. At the time of booking nothing flagged up that we would have to self isolate for 5 days on arrival. Emails between us and the hotel were exchanged and at one point we thought we might get a refund or change to another date,only to be told that we cannot due to the hotel company policies. So please think twice before booking with this hotel. We have been treated extremely unfairly due to the circumstances.

Residenza Bourbon is a delight in the middle of busy Rome. Great location and the facility is clean, modern, comfortable and stylish. Its small size provides personalized service for every guest. An easy walk to the train station, many restaurants, the Borghese Gallery and Gardens, and many additional attractions. I loved my stay at the Residenza Bourbon! From now on, it's my hotel in Rome!
