Residenza In Farnese

My wife and I just finished up a 2 night stay at the Hotel Residenza Farnese and we had a very nice stay. This is the third time we have stayed at the property since it is located in our favorite part of Rome. It is located on a side street next to the Palazzo Farnese and is a quick walk to Campo dei Fiore and about a 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and shopping options. Our room was large, clean, had a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning in the room worked great which was very nice in the July heat. The ceiling in our room had an original fresco which was interesting to see while laying in bed. The staff at the front desk are always polite, professional, and very helpful. They have a nice variety of items for the breakfast in the morning. If you are searching for a reliable hotel with a great location, Hotel Residenza Farnese is a wonderful option.

Firstly, I want to comment about how great the staff are. I seen a good few members of staff over the days I had stayed and everyone was very friendly and greet with a smile every time. The room and bed was very comfortable, I stayed in the single room with a single bed. The room was very spacious, quiet and had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it wasn’t like ice but it was very comfortable coming in after spending a number of hours being hot, staying at around 21C or 69F. The decor and theme provided an excellent higher-end atmosphere that kept with tradition and didn’t feel outdated. I payed nearly £400 for 3 nights, which I thought was great value given the hotel’s excellent provision. The hotel was very clean, The location is central to all of the sightseeing activities which is also great, a shop down the street and loads of great restaurants around too. I cannot fault anything about the hotel at all; I have booked again to return next year.

This hotel is a real gem in Rome’s historic centre. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of many of the city’s major attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the central setting. What truly stands out is the service. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. The only area that could benefit from improvement is the rooftop terrace. With some refurbishment and more attention to its presentation, it could become a wonderful space for relaxing and enjoying drinks while taking in the atmosphere of Rome. Overall, an excellent stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.
