I stayed over Christmas holidays. Location is perfect, a short walk to the basilica. Room was sinple but clean. Bed was comfortable. I arrived in the afternoon when there was no reception anymore. I had called from the main door but there was no one answering. I waited quite a bit and was already worried. Fortunately a man who lives in the same building had arrived and I was able to get in. Nestle at the reception was helpful with restaurant recommendations. She had also helped me with directions on how to get to the place from the airport and how to travel back to the airport. I hope they will welcome well behaved dogs in the future as I plan to travel with my dog on my next visit.

Was looking forward to this. Booked it for my daughter, when she arrived there had the reservation number and a pin number. Nothing would work. The PIN number would not open the door. The phone number doesn't exist. Basically had to frantically look for another accommodation for her last minute after she was standing in front of the door for over 1 hour after a very, very long trip. Terrible experience. Hopefully we will get our refund.

This building is delightfully charming and very easy to walk to various popular sites in Rome. We had the superior room with a view of the dome. It was not the quietest as we could sometimes hear traffic (but it was quiet in the late hours) and the walls are somewhat thin as we could hear muffled conversations from our neighbors. The young receptionist/hotel onsite manager was very helpful and friendly. A good, solid choice and we would stay again.
