I can finally say that I have found a new facility with all the comforts (including a new mattress). Excellent cleanliness, as well as the two ladies in charge of the floor. The manager is a very kind and very attentive person. Exceptional location, because it is very close to Tiburtina station and the Piazza Bologna metro. I hope to return to Rome soon and I will definitely stay at the Luxor 2 Jacuzzi Suites and Deluxe Rooms.

IT'S A SCAM! Booked on booking, they wanted advance payment and the night before leaving we were told there was a problem in the structure but NEVER answered our calls. Bottom line: money taken and we forced to book a new solution.

I have no words to describe this hotel. Booked on booking two months ago booking confirmed. Arrival no one answers no one sent me a message with relative data of entry. I try to contact all the phone numbers including the email without any response. Moral? I came to Rome for nothing I missed an important business appointment because I did not have the opportunity to change to reach the structure in time. Contacted booking which before 45 minutes will not give me the opportunity to solve the matter by giving me another structure.
